世界盡在你的掌握之中,一切故事猶如蠔中珍珠,待你一一開採。
我們從這句話出發,設計一家蔬食餐廳的品牌識別 — The Borage
名字來自一種神奇的葉菜『琉璃苣』,它有 著淡淡生蠔味,被譽為「蔬食界的珍寶」,也正是這份意外的風味,引導我們思考:
蔬食,還可以是什麼模樣?
🟠品牌核心:
從琉璃苣延伸到生蠔的想像,再到那句經典的 “The world is your oyster”,
我們讓主廚的料理精神與品牌理念互相呼應——
蔬食不是替代,而是創造;是一場對飲食、文化、場域的自由探索。
👀 視覺呈現:
以「開採」作為核心符號,結合路徑與多語文字排印,象徵多元可能性。
色彩上捨棄典型的綠色,選用橘色作為主色調,傳達不只是葷食的替代品,而是飲食的一種新選擇。我們邀請藝術家 @Chou Yi,
為品牌量身創作一組能轉譯理念的主視覺,
將「自由探索、綠色飲食」的精神,具象化為視覺語言,
應用於場域與各式設計物中,讓每個人都融入新穎的蔬食體驗中。
🥬延伸應用:
我們把蔬食的探索,玩進每個細節裡。
採抽取式設計的菜單,搭配手寫金屬夾,就像旅人的指南,增添儀式感;環保袋與貼紙,兼具實用與記憶點,是蔬食態度的行動宣言;
空間透過霓虹與圖像裝置,營造無框、自在、富藝術感的場域。
JP SPACE 與客戶一起開箱他腦袋裡的寶藏,
從核心開始,讓品牌說出一段豐富、有溫度的故事,
希望每個來訪The Borage的你,都能品嚐到飲食的新體驗。

🦪 The world is your oyster. - William Shakespeare
The world holds endless possibilities, like pearls hidden inside oysters—waiting for you to discover them.
Inspired by this quote, we developed the brand identity for a vegan restaurant — The Borage.
The name comes from an herb known in the vegan world for its subtle oyster-like flavor, leading us to a question: What else could vegan cuisine be?
🟠 Brand Core
We unveiled the brand’s culinary philosophy:
Vegan is not a substitute — it’s a creative journey of exploration.
👀 Visual Identity
“Exploration” became our visual symbol.
We combined paths, lines, and multilingual typography to express openness, diversity, and movement.
Instead of the typical green, we chose orange as the primary color—
conveying warmth, energy, and freedom of choice in food.
We also invited artist @Chou Yi to create a set of brand visuals that were applied to tangible experiences, such as the restaurant space.
🥬 Extended Applications
Menus were designed like a traveler’s guide, while tote bags and stickers serve as everyday reminders of vegan values.
The restaurant itself incorporates neon and graphic installations, creating an open, relaxed, and artful atmosphere.
